We are thrilled to announce the addition of three exceptional professionals to the Watchbird team. These new hires mark an important milestone as we build a stronger foundation for success in research, operations, and project management.

Torstein Bjorå – Technical Manager

Torstein joins Watchbird as a seasoned project management expert with over a decade of experience in development and delivery projects across various industries, including data networks and software development. His academic background in Business Administration and certification in Project Management, combined with technical expertise, make him a perfect fit to strengthen Watchbird’s project execution capabilities.

Torstein shared his excitement about joining the team:

Anette Idland – Laboratory Engineer

Anette brings her specialization in MOF (Metal-Organic Framework) technology to Watchbird’s cutting-edge research initiatives. With a background in Chemical and Environmental Engineering and hands-on expertise in advanced analytical techniques, she is set to elevate our capabilities in sensor development for health and environmental applications.

Anette expressed her enthusiasm for joining Watchbird:

Axel Krabberød – Operational Manager

Axel joins Watchbird with over ten years of operational and strategic experience in product development, marketing, and management. Axel will focus on laying the groundwork for scaling our business globally.
